Registration Terms and Conditions

Attendance as a general attendee at this event is reserved exclusively for commercial, business, and private airline executives and employees, contractors, engineers, technologists, analysts, and government employees. Only vendors, service providers, operators, and manufacturers who have paid a fee as official sponsors and/or exhibitors of this event can attend. Should your registration as a general attendee not meet the requirements of the conference policy, you will be notified via email and contacted by a member of our team regarding sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities. Should you still opt out of participating as a sponsor or exhibitor at the summit and still want to attend, you will be required to register at the vendor rate.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made before May 1, 2019 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $300. Registrants who do not cancel prior to May 1, 2019 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference. Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $300 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after May 1, 2019.

Registrations can be altered and edited up until the badge is printed. Access Intelligence recognizes the information in the registration system, NOT the confirmation e-mail, as the most current and valid information. Substitutions may be made at any time for the confirmed registrants of the 2019 Global Connected Aircraft Summit; however printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the event. Notice of substitution must be made be made in writing by the original registrant to clientservices@accessintel.com. Thank you for your registration. We look forward to seeing you at the event!
